I am a vegan cook with many years experience creating nourishing meals for gatherings and events. I specialise in mostly raw, plant-based whole food cuisine and love tasty nutritional ingredients. Broths, hearty soups and casseroles, sea vegetables, traditional Japanese seasonings, quick pickles, pulses, grains and delicious sauces are some of my favourite elements to play with.

I have much tasty and empowering food magic to share through either advice or practical explorations. On this basis, I have developed a food workshop called CULINA which takes place over a weekend.
